To help you get the most out of your GEM Local and/or Grants Calendar, Strategic Grants is offering face-to-face drop in sessions on Tuesday, April 20th. Session 3 runs from 1pm – 2pm.
The face-to-face GEM Local and Excel grants calendar support will consist of small group sessions (up to four people per session) of 15 minutes each to back up the previous online training (for those that need the additional support only). You will be able to bring your own laptop so that we can see the information on your device and go through any issues.
After registering for session 2 (1pm – 2pm), you will receive an email allocating you your 15-minute session. The sessions in this timeslot are as follows:
1:00pm – 1:15pm
1:15pm – 1:30pm
1:30pm – 1:45pm
1:45pm – 2:00pm
Venue: Committee Room 2, 1st Floor, Rotorua Lakes Council.
Please note: to ensure the sessions run optimally, we suggest the attendance of one person per organisation to the session, so please ensure that you send the primary user of your GEM Local account or Excel grants calendar. Please ensure that you have Google Chrome and Excel installed on your laptop prior to attending your session. We kindly request that all attendees endeavour to be at the venue at least 5 minutes before their session is due to commence in order to keep to time.
