Tell us a little about yourself – what kept you busy before joining Strategic Grants?

I have spent over 30 years working in the health, education and community services sectors. My passion is all about working with nonprofits (NFPs) to strategise and develop meaningful and achievable growth plans and targets, enabling them to deliver more programs, services and projects leading to improved outcomes and stronger resilient communities.  For the past eight years, I have been running my own consultancy business, with a focus on needs assessment, program and service development, monitoring and evaluation.

What excites you most about your role in leading the strategy and growth of Strategic grants—is there something specific you’d like to focus on?

What excites me most is the opportunity to work with my colleagues in the Monitoring and Evaluation (M & E) team to develop a suite of new products for our clients, designed to assist them to deliver tailored, robust, user-friendly monitoring and evaluation programs, to measure success and demonstrate impact. More than ever, now is the time to ask, how can we show what we do works?

Where can we find you when you aren’t focusing on all things grants?

I love going camping, travelling with my partner who is a landscape photographer, attending live music gigs and hanging out with my three (!) boys. I’m also a (not so?) secret Abba fan!
